This is part of story #10061 new project admin homepage and navigation How to test: =========== Prerequisite: * You have TV3 installed * TV3 service is active in your project Steps: - Go in project administration and click on "label" in the menu - Hover the "data" entry in the navigation tabs --> The dropdown contains an entry "Tracker v3 import" - Now deactivate TV service and go back to the project's label configuration interface. - Hover the "data" entry again --> The dropdown DOES NOT contain an entry "Tracker v3 import" since TV3 service is not active anymore.
