Most of the items Tuleap works with are associated to a project. Having a standard way to provide this information ofr indexed items present some advantages: * each plugins does not need to implement the removal of its indexed items when a project is deleted, it can be managed by the FTS backend plugin directly * the removal of the items can be done in a more efficient way since we can remove all items at once * it should reduce the size of the K/V metadata table a bit No functional changes.
