request #9727: CodeMirror hogs CPU when not in fixed height

How to test this: - Without this patch, when you try to display the diff of a file with ~1000 lines of code, your CPU should go to 100% for tens of seconds / minutes. - With this patch, the CodeMirror diff area will be set by javascript.
