nginx18 is older than epel nginx and harder to install and configure so why bother ? In addition to that, it seems that recent mysql 5.6 versions are more strict regarding file encoding, so I had to inform mysql about wiki fixtures file charset Change-Id: I013bb3afa1361279b5fe580dc8f0b94a7ca81446
