refactor: Remove HTML from translation strings

Using HTML in translation strings is a bad practice and should be avoided whenever possible. Translators are not necessary HTML savvy. Furthermore it will help to prevent space typos around HTML tags in translation: ``` <span class=\"tlp-badge-secondary\"> Titre </span>seront ``` The word "seront" will end up glued to the badge.
