request #12789 Clean oldies from tools/utils
I removed all stuff for legacy autoload in the same time with following rational * they should no longer be used * the few remaining parts that depends on it should be switched to composer * the next time someone has to modify those parts that *will have to* switch Other things are just plain oldies that must disappear. Change-Id: I6ff9d64b1c481039d4be32712b50980f0e3ad6ad
