request #12776: Collect extended error informations when a LDAP bind fails

When a LDAP bind fails it can be possible to collect extended errors that can help a troubleshooting. For example, Active Directory adds extended errors when it rejects a bind due to invalid credentials. Change-Id: I006247a91792af7b99cbcbb1b8585bab9553b0c7
