User can earch artifacts with/without children via TQL in tracker reports or in cross tracker search. * Find user stories that don't have children: `WITHOUT CHILDREN` * Find user stories that have children: `WITH CHILDREN` * Find user stories that have "artifact #123" as child: `WITH CHILDREN ARTIFACT = 123` * Find user stories that have children in task tracker: `WITH CHILDREN TRACKER = 'task'` `CHILDREN` has an alias `CHILD` so that user can use both depending on their preference/context.
