The link received in the document notifications to handle the notification mangement can be interpreted by the mail client. This means that &section can be converted to §ion because "§" is the html entity for "§". To test it: * Add your user to be notified at document changes * Update this document * The received link to handle notification must work Change-Id: I99e5560e56f200fef39b84b50d5860cf16461aca
