This is part of request #10040 REST tests do not rely anymore on constants The data (trackers + artifacts + changesets) are now done in one XML import instead of 2 imports + data created in the REST_TestDataBuilder class. The update constants will be removed in a next commit. Change-Id: I5757cac2772cf7821776f3c406e5c2a08eab4eee
