    On subversion, Rename userGroup name is not considered on Access control

    When the userGroup name is changed, the rename is propagated on Access Control groups declaration and it's not done on access control section ( the button square on the access control page where we mention the mode access ie * =
    #@TestBindingST = rw).
    More precisely, it comments the renamed ugroups but does not do other modifications inside this content.

    This issue is globally linked to SVNAccessfile case sensitivity.

    With the current implementation, if your ugroup name contains one or more uppercase character, the ugroup rename will not occur and the line will be commented. However, deal with case sensitivity could impact a lot of SVNAccessfile. We have to check that point.

    If you try to add the ugroup by UI do you have a message indicating that your ugroup is empty
    it might occur when you ugroup only contains users that are project memeber
