    Error in a component's run build script should fail Tuleap build
    When kanban's "npm run build" script fails, it does not fail Tuleap's global "npm run build".
    Also, kanban's "npm run build" should depend on tracker's "angular-artifact-modal" being installed, otherwise it causes errors due to missing modules.
