    Artifact modal can be made unusable if the tracker structure is modified after an initial load
    Current Sate: (see screenshots)

    01) change OR delete any static filed in tracker (I use selectbox here).
    Consider 2 static fields shown in backlog + Add Artifact modal: "Will REMAIN" and "Will be DELETED"
    02) Go to Tracker and edit element (here I will delete one static field "Will be DELETED")
    03) after deletion only one static field remains: "Will REMAIN"
    04) Go back to backlog > + Add artifact > select static field option -> DEFECT = both static fields are showing, i.e. the non-existing "Will be DELETED" is served from browser cache
    05) Go to browser DevTools on macOS "alt+i" > Network tab > Check "Disable cache" . WARNING: do not close modal window when doing that!

    --> Reload page while keeping DevTools open, Modal open, "Disable cache" option checked.

    06) Observe the correct Modal behavior = only the existing static field "Will REMAIN" is shown

    @d00AK please open another request dedicated to the problem with file attachments, it will help allow us to better keep track of which version it is fixed in.

    you're welcome.
    Just in case some fixing is performed now:
    Backlog Modal has another defect - it does not allow adding/saving file attachments.
    Hence, the only way to attach a file is via Trackers edit.

    Thanks for the report, the issue has been identified.

    A fix is under review, see gerrit #11472.
