    Move away from PEAR Mail_Mime library
    We are currently on this lib in two spots: the tracker email gateway and the mailing list.

    The latest version of PEAR Mail_Mime is announced compatible with PHP 7.2 but can only be found on PEAR but is not available in the EPEL repositories.
    Tuleap external libraries are currently obtained by two ways: an RPM packages or with Composer on Packagist.

    PEAR Mail_Mime is not available on Packagist (at least not the more recent version) and it would probably be best if we do not have another package to support ourselves.
