    Support return type declaration for classes used in Simpletest mocking library
    After a few months running PHPUnit and Simpletest for our legacy tests, it seems that not having the possibility to set return types on classes mocked by Simpletest is not a good enough incentive to move the existing tests to PHPUnit and that most of the time it is preferred to just not set the return type.
    Since it does not help with the migration, let's add the possibility to mock classes with methods having a return type in Simpletest.
