    tracker fields list bound to custom user groups does not take user status in account
    How to reproduce:

    Have 2 users bound to a custom user group, create a list field with values bound to this user group.

    deleted one user and suspend the other

    submit a new artifact
    => both users will be displayed in the field, they should not be present
