    Notifications autocompleter is missing from window

    When I browse the "notifications" page for Tracker, Git and Docman, I get a javascript error and I cannot autocomplete users and ugroups for notifications.

    This was caused by git #tuleap/stable/a1ef50696c4ded287f0c8f7e93f807718c09eb7c

    This script was moved out of src/www/scripts and is therefore no longer available on the global object window.tuleap.
    It should stay that way. Scripts depending on it should import it via ES2015 import and webpack so that we can keep track of those dependencies.
