    [Kanban] Open the "backlog" column by default
    When we add a new element in the Kanban with the "+New" button that directly
    goes to the Backlog, given that this colum is collapsed by default, users don't see their
    newly created item.

    We change this by opening the Backlog column by default in Kanban.
    User preference is still taken into account if defined.

    Integrated into Tuleap 12.3.99.41 however this seems like an incomplete solution.

    Issue is still present for every other columns or even the backlog if the column has been collapsed at some point. Also this might have negative impacts on the performances (both client and server sides): the backlog columns is likely to be one of the biggest in term of number of items. Opening it by default for everyone means the items will need to be fetched and displayed for everyone.
