    Update Jenkins minimal version to 2.190.3
    Right now the version is 2.176.4 which is too old to install the Pipeline plugin alongside on dev platforms. As the target is a pipeline workflow, I propose we update to 2.190.3 which is the minimal version for Pipeline.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure that's something we can do.

    The current LTS is 2.263.x, targeting something more recent than that means the plugin will not be available on a lot of production instances (including ours).
