    I created a new comment in an artifact of tracker v3:

    "See task #126" and the result shows "See #" (no keyword nor figure)

    The issue about quote already exist in 7.0. It was less visible (not an entity but the real doublequotes, however the link was wrong).

    The issue about blank links seems to exist since 6.10. This is due to named subpatterns that are not available in every functions (like preg_replace_callback) on php 5.1.6.
