    Angular modal: required text field prevents from submitting

    Given a tracker with a required text field

    When I set the text field's format to "HTML" and regardless of what I type in the field's content

    Then there will be a javascript error 

    An invalid form control with name='' is not focusable.

    and I won't be able to submit the modal form.

    It happens both in the Kanban and Planning v2 modal. It does not happen when I select the "Text" format.
