    When I create a new backlog item in Planning view, I can select the parent with a drop down list. I should have the same list at edition time

    • When the artifact has a parent, in modal "artifact link" field, the parent is displayed (itemname #id title with link) and it's not possible to change that
    • When the artifact doesn't have a parent, the same select box than at creation time is displayed and user can pick one
    • Both "FlamingParrot" and "BurningParrot" versions of the modale are updated
    • After edition or creation of an artifact, the parent is displayed on the created card (fix)

    In tuleap 9.15 it is possible to create a Kanban for Scrum elements. That being the case, if I create a Kanban for the Task tracker that is used in Scrum, with this feature, will it be possible to select a parent Story from my task artifact.
