Overview

The feature comes as a new plugin 'project_certification'. This story depends on story #12161.

Functional requirement

In project administration, project owner or site administrator access:

  • They get write access to owner selection
  • They can change owner with a select box that list all project administrators of the project (not suspended nor deleted)

When there are no owner (project created before activation of the plugin)

  • Only site administrator is allowed to set a owner
