Explode route POST docman_items
- New route is easier to use
- Validation check are easier to understand
preview route POST docman_items should be marked as deprecated until the migration is done.

route is now split in:
- POST docman_folders/id/empty
- POST docman_folders/id/wiki
- POST docman_folders/id/embedded
- POST docman_folders/id/file
- POST docman_folders/id/link
- POST docman_folders/id/folder

For each route, is is the parent folder id, where the item will be added

New item creation modal will rely on new created routes

Once migration is done, the old POST route will be removed and deployement guide updated.
