In site admin a new option: "hide nature" should be proposed.
- When hide nature is check, all artifacts who are currently referencing this nature are untouched
- The new nature is no more selectable in artifact link field
- The new nature is flagged as hidden in site administration section
- Site administrator should be able to activate the nature again.
