request #8049 FTS - Empty folder permissions are not well taken in account

When you remove all the rights for a folder and cut/paste a document accessible by non docman admin in it, this non docman admin user is no more able to reach this document by the web UI. But, this user can still see this document in the search results. Change-Id: I4a71aa682ab5a75740b4b5d6cfabae5f82a11db8
