    FTS - Empty folder permissions are not well taken in account
    When you remove all the rights for a folder and cut/paste a document accessible by non docman admin in it, this non docman admin user is no more able to reach this document by the web UI.
    But, this user can still see this document in the search results.

    # How to test it ?

    * Remove all permissions for a folder in the docman.
    * Then cut/paste a document (accessible by a non docman admin) in this modified folder.
    * Wait for the indexation the system_event to be done.
    * With a project_member (non docman admin), try to access to this document through the Web UI --> Error permission denied.
    *With the same user, the document is still returned by the search
