    Backlog is not refreshed when you add an item to be planned and there is no milestones
    The REST route PATCH milestone/:id/backlog returns an error 409

    Reproduction steps:
    1. Initialize an agile dashboard with the default template
    2. Add a release
    3. In the planning view of this release add a user story
    4. Add a second user story

    The backlog will not be refreshed with the second user story because the REST route returns an error 409, that should not happen.
