    Remove the broken UserRatings plugin of PHPWiki
    The plugin is currently broken on Tuleap instances:

    /usr/share/tuleap/src/common/wiki/phpwiki/lib/WikiDB/backend/PearDB.php (In template 'body' < 'html'):1055: Error: WikiDB_backend_PearDB_mysql: fatal database error

    DB Error: no such table
    (SELECT * FROM wiki_rating r, wiki_page p WHERE r.rateepage = p.id AND raterpage=2647 [nativecode=1146 ** Table 'tuleap.wiki_rating' doesn't exist])


    Even if we fix the plugin has not made to work with another theme than the "wikilens" theme so it will not work in our context.
