    References are only listed when on the first line of commit message
    When I write a commit message, references (to artifacts, documents, releases, etc.) will only appear in the "References" list when they are on the first line of the commit message.
    All references in the "body" (next lines) of the commit are not listed.
    References anywhere in the commit message should be listed, not just those on the first line.
