    Do not set the default PHP timezone from invalid user's timezone
    It looks like in some cases the user's timezone might not be a valid one which throw a warning when Tuleap set it as the default PHP timezone.

    Tuleap should not blindly trust the user's timezone: it might not be valid or might not be valid anymore in the future, timezones change.


    When your encounter the issue, you will got this kind of messages in the PHP log:
    PHP message: PHP Notice: date_default_timezone_set(): Timezone ID 'None' is invalid in /usr/share/tuleap/src/www/include/pre.php on line 225
