    Characters outside the ASCII range are not well interpreted in mail notifications by some clients
    Since the drop of ZF1 for sending email (request #10948), MIME parts of the mail notification are sent 8-bits encoded.

    Some mail clients have a hard time to interpret this (Outlook for example) so some characters become unreadable.
