    Remove end to end tests of the web UI based on Selenium
    request #11219 has introduced the same tests with Cypress so we can drop the ones based on Selenium.

    If it appears the Cypress tests are not what's we want we still can reintroduce the Selenium tests thanks to the Git magic (and if we do, please add it the content of gerrit #10705). In the meantime, it is just a wast of time and CPU power to run the same tests twice.
