    Add realtime server to dev stack
    As a developer,
    In order to ease testing of TTM contributions,
    I would like to have a realtime server up and running with `make start` command.

    On a side note, I have the feeling that introducing a mandatory frontal reverse proxy in the minimal dev stack is going to bring even more pain for developments and debugging sessions in the SVN/Git over HTTP areas.

    Reopening.
    * Some SVN operations are broken
    * OS X users will not hit the reverse proxy
    * We can not do Git over SSH operation with the given domain name
