    No longer possible to attach a file when using modal window in planning view

    When I attach a file, I'm getting an error "Content is required".

    Looking at REST calls, the POST for temp file creation was OK but the PUT was made without params.

    I've opened a duplicate request #11720, without knowing this had been opened. I'm closing this one as the fix has been integrated.
