    Add option update in import project xml
    Add an option "--update" when we import a project XML.
    As we know when we import a project, a new project or a new tracker is created. But the goal is update an existing tracker.

    To update a tracker, it will be necessary to add option "--update" with others options normally. Without this option, an error is triggered if we want import in an existing tracker.
