    Wrong shebang on project export script
    If you try to call /usr/share/tuleap/src/utils/export_project_xml.php directly you get an error:
    bash: /usr/share/tuleap/src/utils/export_project_xml.php: /usr/share/tuleaps/src/utils/php-launcher.sh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory


    The path to the php-launcher.sh script is wrong so it does not work.
