    Blob view is slow
    In a git repository, the blob view might be slow to render. We should improve that.

    Spotted issues:
    - Calls to gitphp internal api (Commit::PathToHash) are inefficient
    - GeSHi consume a lot of resources and produce a big DOM to send / parse for the client
