    Fatal error while updating a transition
    When I try to add a post action to a transition in the legacy workflow interface, I get:
    ( ! ) Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to TransitionFactory::addPermissions() must be of the type array, boolean given, called in /usr/share/tuleap/plugins/tracker/include/workflow/Action/Transitions/Details.class.php on line 42 and defined in /usr/share/tuleap/plugins/tracker/include/workflow/TransitionFactory.class.php on line 321
