    Welcoming back Martin Goyot in the integrator team
    Looks like it might be time to welcoming back @goyotm in the integrator team.

    The capability of handling the following tasks expected from an integrator autonomously has been proven:
    * Troubleshooting a non trivial issue on a production system and fixing it (request #12891)
    * Implementing features impacting soon be legacy code (story #12326) and legacy code (request #12720)
    * Sufficient knowledge of the code base to be able to do meaningful code reviews on different parts of Tuleap


    It is also not the first time of @goyotm in this land so it is not a completely uncharted territory.
