    Update of artifact from agile dashboard generates a wrong redirect

    Cryptic summary for following scenario

    1. Go on a release "overview"
    2. Click on an artifact
    3. Edit it
    4. Click on submit
    5. => artifact is updated but you are redirected toward the 404 error page

    As the URL looks like https://X/plugins/agiledashboard//?group_id=X&planning_id=X&action=show&aid=X&pane=details (notice the double /) I strongly suspect a regression introduced by request #13030
