    Tuleap should be usable without setting a specific include_path
    Currently Tuleap needs a specific include_path to be executed. It's not really something that we need anymore with autoloaders. It's also a bit annoying because IDE have a hard time tracking the inclusion and it needs to be configured each time you want to add a tool to do some analysis on the sources.
