    rpm should clean /var/tmp/tuleap_cache/tuleap_hooks_cache at upgrade

    As of today we rely on `service tuleap start` that uses `tuleap -c` but if this command fails for whatever reason we are stuck.

    The safe way is to make rpm aware of /var/tmp/tuleap_cache/tuleap_hooks_cache and to earse it at upgrade time.
