    Under some conditions files can not be added to a FRS package
    Files added through FTP on a CentOS 7 instance might not be movable to their destination. Moving the file to their final destination is managed by a Perl script fileforge.pl with setuid bit set. This does not work on CentOS/RHEL7 because perl-suidperl is not available.
