    Do not re-queue async events that have reached the reached the maximum execution time
    When a async event reaches the maximum execution time (15 minutes), the process is aborted and the async event is scheduled again when the worker process restarts.
    It is unlikely that what causing the timeout is resolved with the next execution of the event so we should discard it immediately.
