    Bad error message for licence during project creation

    When the licence box is mandatory at (new) project creation, if user doesn't provide a value they will get an error message:

    Bad Request: Mandatory categories where missing: License (2)

    • It seems that there is a typo with "where"
    • What does mean "(2)"?
    • Message is not translated
