    Run the PHP unit tests with error_reporting set to E_ALL
    The unit tests should be executed in the strictest possible environment. For example, getting reports about E_DEPRECATED errors is quite useful for future upgrade.

    Re-opening, coverage reports cannot be generated when using PHP 7.4.

    Edit: PHP 7.3 is also affected.
