    Add a label on the web hits metric to determine which browser was used
    Tuleap exposes a Prometheus metric http_responses_total. It would be nice to add a label "browser" to this metric.
    This would give us a better view on the browsers that are actually used when browsing Tuleap (and this way determine if it's acceptable to drop support of some browsers or not).

    As the cardinality of the label must not explode to preserve the performance of the Prometheus server only the browser supported (or that were supported until recently) should be tracked. The possible following values for the label are proposed:
    - Firefox
    - Chrome
    - Edge
    - Edge Legacy
    - Internet Explorer
    - Other
