    SVN core removal
    SVN core is deprecated since many years.
    SVN multirepositories is available since several years and a tool for migration have been done 3 years ago.

    Removal has been announced in the deprecation guide since January.

    It's time to move on and say goodbye.

    Removal steps:
    - UI should provide a link to migrate repository
    - user push commits on legacy url, should be redirected to the svn multirepository equivalent

    once the migration mechansim is done, we'll be able to remove features one by one until full removal
