    Workflow doesn't apply in modal creation

    When an artifact is created with a modal, the workflow in selectBox is not applied.

    You can reproduce:

    • Have a required selectbox in a tracker
    • Add a workflow on this field (Created -> Open, Open -> Closed)
    • Open a modal with this tracker
      • You can choose between "", 'Closed', 'Open'

    Sorry about that, I was wrong. You can have a workflow to limit values at creation, contrary to what I believed...

    It looks like this is the expected behaviour. It should be the same in "tracker artifact view". Workflow transitions apply only on update, not at creation. You cannot define a transition from "nothing" to "New" for example, so in fact at artifact creation there is no workflow transition to choose from.
